Tournament Rules, unless indicated otherwise in mailers or other communications, are outlined in the Member Handbook, and follow IGFA rules for Fishing in Salt Water. 

General Tournament Weigh-In time will be 5:30 pm - 7 :00 pm unless otherwise specified.

The boat Captain accepts full responsibility for the safety and conduct of his/her crew. The decision to fish is up to the captain. However, a General Tournament will be automtically cancelled for Areas A, B and C if there is a "small craft advisory" in effect at 10:00 PM (2200 Hrs) the night before the tournament and/or forcast for "any time" the following tournament day out to 60 nautical miles from the Savannah River, Georgia to Altamaha Sound, Georgia. Area I will still fish.

We had another great turnout for a tournament this year, over 70 anglers and 26 boats, including 4 young anglers. All areas were fished. We had a lot of nice Kings caught, including three in the 30 lb range. The largest was caught by Fish-N-Fool at 36.1 lbs. We also had 3 possible line class records, a 34.7 lb grouper, two trout above 4 lbs, some large sapnish and two very large Black Drum, including one at 9.4 lbs.

We had a fantastic turnout for this event, all areas were fished, 47 anglers and 17 boats, including 4 young anglers!!! On the list of catches were snapper, tuna, wahoo, kingfish, dolphin, spanish, redfish, trout, black drum, sheepshead and we even had 2 sailfish realeases.

We had a great turnout for this event, all areas were fished. Michelle Bazemore and her committee did a fantastic job. We 25 ladies weigh-in with quite a few more participating.

• Helen Bosvik aboard Captain Steve Schmelter's boat caught a 27.8 lb. king.
• Regan Thorton caught a 17.5 lb grouper.
• Brent Bazemore's crew caught at least one sailfish.
• Lydia Yates, Michelle Bazemore, and Stephanie Erons all brought in some nice dolphin.
